On October 25, Securities Daily reported that it had learned from parent company Swancor that Qiyuan Robotics' 5,000th personal robot had come off the line. Co-president Gao Quanzhong said at the ceremony that the line went from zero to 5,000 units in one month, that a robot now comes off every 2.5 minutes, and that daily capacity rose from a little over 10 units to more than 200.

The unit count, the takt time, and the daily capacity are what he said at the ceremony, not a separate tally. The report also says he handed Qiyuan T1 number NO.5000 to representative user Dong Xuan.

Gao also gave early figures for customers who had already received a robot: some use it more than an hour a day, heavy users more than three hours, and effective interactions exceed 150 a day. The report does not say how many people those figures cover, or how they were counted.

The report dates the sale of Qiyuan Q1 and T1 to September 20. A software update planned for the end of October is still a company plan. The report does not say that update has been sent.
