If the main value you’re getting from AI is predicated on other people NOT using it, you have low leverage.
AI can help you get through your inbox faster. But that only works when you’re operating in a “normal world” with normal email volume.
AI can help you write social comments. But that only works when you’re operating in a “normal world” and humans still scroll social media to read them.
The better test is whether your use of AI still creates value when *everyone else* is using AI too.
That’s been giving me a starting point for thinking about the Nash equilibrium of AI usage aka which use cases remain worthwhile once everyone else adapts.
