The arrangement is for AI comic dramas made with Seedance and released on the Hongguo short-drama app. They are ranked monthly by Hongguo’s heat score. A work enters the award pool only if it reaches that month’s top 50 AI dramas and passes review.

The page prints three tiers. The monthly top 10 get 200,000 yuan each. Ranks 11 through 20 get 100,000 yuan each. Ranks 21 through 50 get 50,000 yuan each. Every award is half cash and half an equal-value coupon. At signup the coupon must be one of three choices: an equal value of Volcano Ark API tokens, an equal right to use the drama-creation tool, or an equal right to use the comic-drama tool. The page does not say when the coupon expires, or whether the sums are before tax.

The video must be made entirely with Seedance, and Seedance 2.5 must account for more than half of it. The notice says generation through an API or through a tool platform both count. Companies and individuals may apply, but the applicant, the work, and the production record must be true, complete, and consistent.
