The IT Home page is stamped 2026/10/20 11:26:39. It is a floor report from Chery’s global innovation event that morning. The Ziwei chips are split into three lines: C for central compute, S for automotive silicon carbide, and M for automotive control. The first two carry numbers. The M line is only a name.

The C100 is described as an on-device chip for physical AI. The compute sentence has to be split: two CPUs are written as up to 1000KDMIPS, two NPUs on the vehicle as up to 2400 TOPS, and memory bandwidth as 600GB/s, for what the page calls a 100-billion-parameter physical-world model. The 2400 TOPS figure is therefore the page’s wording for two NPUs on the vehicle, not a single-chip result measured on this page. Who measured it, and against which chip, is not written.
[1]The S1500 is written as supporting an automotive voltage of 1500V, with module current of 1450A. The page calls 1500V the industry’s highest automotive voltage rating. Highest is the company’s claim. No other products’ voltages are attached. Chery also says 8-inch wafers have entered production and that cost can fall by more than 30%. The cost before the cut is not printed. Five package lines are said to cover every Chery platform. The page does not name the five.
