CMSPI cut payment optimization work from 30–40+ hours to about 30 minutes with Lakebase Postgres. Lakebase stores user and contextual state, while the Lakehouse handles the analytical data and analysis. That lets consultants save drafts, compare scenarios, and work with transaction-level precision without losing context. In the first six months of the Lakebase-enabled PROM rollout, CMSPI identified approximately $27M in realized incremental savings for existing clients, now being implemented.
