*Exactly* what I said in the book Taming Silicon Valley. 100% agree with @bgurley.
We need outside, independent evaluators, or we wind up with regulatory capture, and may as well have no regulation at all. Neither would be good.
We are an insane place that any of this needs to be said at all.
