Here’s a thought experiment. I’m going to ask you to do something evil, one that would make you worse than Hitler and Stalin, and I want to know how much I would have to pay you to be that evil. I am going to ask to roll a ten-sided die. If it comes up zero, every human on the planet will perish. If it comes up anything else, I will make you rich. How much do I have to pay you to get you to play? Will you do it for a million dollars? a billion? a trillion? Do you just not give a fuck about humanity? In my opinion the only correct answer is from the film Wargames. “The only way to win is not to play.”
