I guess the developers forgot about the required “Learning” (i.e, adaptation) component of machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. This property (computer algorithms that “automatically improve with experience”) is absolutely fundamental, as I discovered in the very first definition of ML that I ever saw (in ~1998) — in the first sentence from Tom Mitchell’s classic ML textbook — see the attached screenshot.
