In its lawsuit, the FTC said Amazon buried the option to avoid Prime during checkout and required customers to navigate a lengthy unsubscribe path that employees reportedly called the "Iliad," a nod to the long Greek epic you probably read in school, for how many pages and clicks it took to actually cancel your subscription.
