Healthcare is probably AI's highest-stakes real-world test. Most consumer health AI ends in the same spot: a suggestion and a prompt to book an appointment. @nollahealth now takes eligible acne cases in Utah all the way through. The AI handles intake, a skin scan, assessment, the prescription and follow-up, and a clinician steps in when needed. Plenty of models can label acne in a photo. None in the U.S. had been cleared to write a first prescription. What Utah signed off on is the structure around Nolla's model: adults only, mild to moderate acne, a set list of topical creams and gels, prescriptions routed to a licensed pharmacist, and physicians reviewing every early case before oversight steps down.
