This is a pretty interesting feature:
Let *anyone*—not just developers—prepare a code change and submit a proposal to fix a problem.
Mary from support can now discover a bug, ask AI for a fix, and submit the proposal to a developer for review and deployment.
This lets everyone at the company fix what they don't like.
