No, sorry, your dog is not “friendly” and “likes people”. Your dog is an animal that has been domesticated to be used as a weapon. If it charges towards me and starts barking at me I consider that a threatening act ESPECIALLY IF YOUR DOG IS NOT ON A LEASH. Please people, use some sense about this.
