2. The is no single scale to measure of intelligence. So, expressions like "orders of magnitude smarter" are at best notional.
3. Entities can be intelligent in some domains and very stupid in most others. A perfect example of this is Elon: he certainly has some intelligence when it comes to business and some aspects of technology, but very, very little when it comes to politics or human relationships.
