The timestamp at the top of this IT Home page is 2026/10/24 19:39:49. The page says that users recently reported new region choices on Claude's upgrade checkout. After opening the page, IT Home writes that mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan now appear on the payment page, and that the payment entry can also bind a China UnionPay card. The picture is the checkout screenshot from that page: the country or region field is set to China, and a UnionPay mark appears beside the card field.

The same page states the limit. A China option on the payment page is not the same as Anthropic fully opening service in those regions. As of this page, the official help center still requires a person to be in a supported region in order to use Claude. The page also says that earlier this month the Claude website added simplified and traditional Chinese. The language options are what the page dates to the start of the month, and they are not the same change as the regions on this checkout. The page has no confirmation from Anthropic, and it does not say on which day those regions began to appear on the payment page.
